There’s nothing better than ending a day of adventure with a hearty Texas-style BBQ dinner—and from mid-May through early October, you can enjoy it right here at the park!

Each night we fire up the pit and serve smoked brisket, tender pulled pork, juicy ribs, and savory sausage, all packed with bold, authentic Texas flavor.

Pair your meal with classic sides and top it off with warm cobbler and a scoop of ice cream. Meals can be purchased in the front office, and just a heads-up—when we run out, we run out! So come early and bring your appetite.
