We strive to provide the travelers a clean and serene setting during their stay, peace, harmony, tranquility, and good neighborliness, in the entire context, the phrase good neighborliness connotes, is our ambiance.  Accordingly we ask all dog owners to please help keep our campground clean and use only the dog walk for your dogs.

Gallup/McKinley County  Animal Control Ordinance

6-2-6:   Prohibited Activities    (G)  Animal Nuisances.

It is unlawful for any owner to permit an animal, either willfully or through failure to exercise

due care and control, to defecate or urinate upon public property or private property other

than the premises of the owner of the animal.

 CAMPGROUND DOG RULES

1)       PLEASE  GOOD MANNERS, PLEASE CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS

2)     USE ONLY THE DESIGNATED FENCED DOG WALK AREA FOR YOUR DOG TO DEFECATE AND OR URINATE.  IT IS UNSANITARY,   

         ILLEGAL TO PERMIT DOGS TO DEFECATE OR URINATE ON AREA OTHER THAN THE DOG WALK

3)       KEEP DOGS ON SHORT LEASH, NO LONGER THAN 6 FEET

4)       DO NOT WALK DOGS ON ANY SITE OTHER THAN YOUR ASSIGNED SITE

5)       WALK DOGS ON ASPHALT ONLY, NOT ON ANY OTHER AREAS OR SURFACES

6)       DO NOT PERMIT DOGS TO APPROACH OTHER CAMPERS/ OR CAMPERS DOGS

7)       DOGS MAY NOT BE LEFT OUTSIDE RV UNATTENDED

8)       DOGS MAY NOT DISTURB THE PEACE

9)      NO DOGS AROUND OFFICE AREAS/COOKOUT AREA/ TELEPHONE AREAS

10)    NO DOGS IN PLAYGROUND/ OR ON PICNIC TABLES

11)    NO DOGS IN RESTROOMS AND LAUNDRIES

12)    DUE TO SANITATION LAWS, ANYONE WITH PETS USING AREA OTHER THAN “PET AREA” WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT

          REFUND.

I  agree to abide by the above ordinance and rules., if found in violation by staff or other camper

I understand I will be asked to leave this campground immediately, and forfeit my site charges,

and pay a $25.00 dollar clean up/sanitize fee.
